blending traditional consultancy with online fundraising,

seminars and access to some of the UK's leading specialists,

for a modest fixed annual subscription.

We are offering places for around 50 charities to benefit from live consultancy with experts.​

Over 6 months there will be 20 hours of live webinars, Q&A's, 6 hours of individual phone and/or video meetings with experts in the areas you want to discuss as well as support from members of your new community.

We see this programme as a full 6-month development packages, allowing you time  to implement ideas, reflect and revisit with our experts.

How SMART Hub works

Membership starts at £1,000+vat and has three-tiers.

Level 1 Membership £1,000+vat includes:

  • 20 hours online live webinars (2-3 per month) led by our experts, with Q&A sessions. These sessions are saved on a secure site for future access by you/your team.

  • Access to a community of members to share ideas and concerns

  • 6 hours of bespoke telephone or zoom consultancy (average 60mins per month but can be bundled as needed).


Level 2 Membership £1,500+vat includes

  • All the Level 1 benefits plus

  • Dedicated 2-hour online workshop 'Planning a Fundraising Campaign' for you and up to 10 colleagues or trustees.

  • 1-hour online meeting with you after the planning session to secure the next steps for you.


Level 3 Membership £6,000+vat includes

  • All Level 1 and 2 benefits plus

  • Bespoke consultancy support, should you need it up to 6-months after the programme ends at a membership only cost.

  • An experienced consultant will provide 12 days of direct support.
