Strategy and campaign planning
Charity Consultants Ltd is skilled in working with volunteer boards and senior fundraisers to plan campaigns and major gift solicitations from the earliest stages, including the initial assessment of the feasibility of mounting a campaign at all. Institutions that are new into fundraising and those whose campaign is ‘stuck’ may find our services especially helpful.
Prospect research
Our expertise in prospect research and in building the pool of potential prospective donors has been built up over many years of working alongside Prospecting for Gold Ltd. We are able to assist in planning the research, in the subsequent analysis of data, and in identifying links to potential supporters within and beyond the alumni pool.
Charity Consultants Ltd is working with HE/ FE institutions to enhance training and create a collaborative network for prospect research staff.
Grants services
Charity Consultants Ltd has specific expertise gained in defining the project in association with academic and development staff; identifying funding sources; and working up applications.
